SMP Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all photography and videography services provided by Sparkstreet Media Production (SMP Studio). 

By booking a session, the client agrees to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable down payment of at least 50% is required to reserve your chosen date and time.

• Full payment must be made on or before the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Your session is not considered booked until the down payment is received and confirmed by SMP Studio.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Clients may request rescheduling at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• In case of client cancellation, the down payment is non-refundable.

• If SMP Studio must cancel due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
  
  

3. Arrival & Session Duration

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time or cancellation without refund.

• Additional charges may apply for extended session time beyond the original booking.
  
  

4. Client Responsibilities

• It is the client’s responsibility to communicate shoot details, concepts, outfit changes, and preferences in advance.

• SMP Studio is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to lack of cooperation, tardiness, or poor lighting in on-location shoots.
  
  

5. Delivery of Photos & Videos

• Standard delivery time for edited images is 30 working days from the shoot date.

• Rush editing may be requested in advance for an additional fee of ₱1,500.

• Deliverables include digital files unless prints or albums are added to the package.
  
  

6. Copyright & Usage

• All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of Sparkstreet Media Production.

• SMP Studio retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

• Clients are granted personal usage rights for printing, sharing, and display. Commercial usage must be disclosed and may require a separate agreement.

7. Privacy & Consent

• SMP Studio respects your privacy. Images featuring minors will not be used for promotional purposes without written  consent from the parent or guardian.

8. Additional Fees

• Travel fees may apply for on-location shoots outside Tagaytay City.

• Add-ons such as albums, extra prints, or props are not included unless specified in the package.
  
  

9. Health & Safety

• For the safety of all, clients experiencing illness are asked to reschedule.

• Our team practices sanitation protocols and aims to create a safe, comfortable shooting environment.
  
  

10. Agreement

By confirming your booking and checking the agreement box in the form, you agree to abide by the terms stated above.
