SMP Studio House Rules

To keep your shoot smooth, clean, and stress-free!

✅ BEFORE YOUR SESSION:

1. Arrive on Time
   Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and prep. Late arrivals may shorten your session time.
   
   

2. Come Ready
   Hair and makeup must be done before arrival unless you booked styling services with us.
   
   

3. Limit Companions
   Only 1 companion per client is allowed inside the studio. For group shoots, please inform us ahead.
   
   

👟 SHOES & CLEANLINESS:

4. Remove Shoes or Bring Clean Shoes
   To protect our backdrops and keep the set clean, please:
   – Remove your shoes before stepping onto the backdrop area, or
   – Bring a clean pair specifically for the shoot.
   
   

🎬 FILMING & BTS:

5. Filming is Allowed!
   We love BTS content! You're welcome to film clips or take behind-the-scenes photos as long as it doesn't interrupt the session.
   Please be mindful of lighting setups and equipment.
   
   

For content creators: Let us know if you need help with framing your shots – we’d love to support you!

⚡ DURING THE SHOOT:

6. Handle Equipment with Care
   Studio equipment and props are delicate. Please avoid touching them unless guided by our team.
   
   

7. Respect Personal Space
   Help us maintain a calm, respectful, and creative atmosphere inside the studio.
   
   

🧼 CLEANLINESS & SAFETY:

8. No Food or Drinks in the shooting area.
   Light snacks and drinks can be enjoyed in the waiting lounge.
   
   

9. Clean as You Go
   Please throw trash in designated bins and return any borrowed items.
   
   

10. Not Feeling Well?
    Let’s keep everyone safe. If you're feeling sick, please reschedule your shoot.
    
    

💳 PAYMENT & CANCELLATION:

11. Full payment is required before receiving your final files.
    Downpayments are non-refundable but transferable within 30 days.
    
    

12. Rush editing or special requests must be arranged ahead of time. Additional charges may apply.
